Engineering Services
Two core service lines cover most engagements. Medical device work is described on the medical devices page, and software work on the software page.
1. CAD and Drawing Office
Parametric 3D modelling, GD&T drawing packages, tolerance analysis and design work carried through to release. Delivered in SolidWorks, CATIA or Fusion 360 to suit the toolchain you already run.
This covers overflow work on a loaded drawing office, rebuilding legacy models to a parametric standard, and taking a defined subassembly from concept to a released package.
2. Manufacturing and Production Support
Work orders, manufacturing drawings, BOM management and supplier coordination, from first article through to volume production. We handle RFQ packages, supplier queries, deviations and engineering changes so they do not sit on your engineers' desks.

Capabilities
3D modelling and FEA
Parametric modelling, stress and thermal simulation, structural analysis and design-for-manufacture reviews.
Drawing packages
Dimensioned detail and assembly drawings, GD&T and tolerance stack-ups. Where you already have a drawing standard we work to it, and we will check an existing package against it if that is what is needed.
Drone and UAV systems
Full-system design for unmanned platforms, covering payload mechanisms, frame structures and avionics integration.
Manufacturing support
BOM management, RFQ packages, supplier coordination, first article and production readiness.
Technical documentation
Design review packages, interface control documents and manufacturing-ready drawing sets.
