Compliance platform, 50,000 users

Designed, built and supported a compliance application now serving over 50,000 users across several jurisdictions. It handles regulatory submissions, audit trails and document workflows through a multi-lingual interface built for regional variation in compliance requirements. The engagement has run for several years with our team as the primary engineering function.

Marketing spend management platform

Built and operated an analytics and spend management platform for a global organisation managing over $100M in annual marketing expenditure. The platform consolidated data from regional teams and reported spend and ROI to senior leadership. Custom reporting layers let finance, marketing and operations staff pull their own views without going through engineering, which cut ad hoc reporting requests by over 70%.

Invoice compliance across 30 accounting systems

Delivered a spend analytics and invoice compliance system for an organisation with fragmented accounting infrastructure. The platform unified data from more than 30 source systems, applied configurable compliance rules per business unit, and surfaced exceptions before they became financial or audit risks. Migration from legacy on-premises infrastructure to AWS was completed without disrupting month-end reporting, a constraint that shaped every architectural decision on the project.
